2^7

Explanation:

use exponent rule
(2^4)^2=2^8
2^0=1
2^a/2^b=2^(a-b)
clearly
2^8/2=2^7

It is possible to calculate this without finding the actual numbers , but by using laws of indices.

In the numerator, multiply the indices.
In the denominator, anything to a power of 0 is equal to 1. (except 0)

2^8/(2 xx 1)

Subtract the indices of like bases..(All 2)

2^(8-1) = 2^7 = 128
2^7 = 128
