Let's do them both separately.

Remember you can always add or subtract equal amounts at both sides without anything happening.

First:
$x+2>7->x>5$

Second:
$7-x>13->7>13+x->-6>x->x<-6$

These two cannot be combined in an AND-situation, but you can say EITHER $x>5$ OR $x<-6$
