From the above you meant 4> -5x+34>5x+3 ?
Let's do them separately

Explanation:

(1)
4> -5x+3->-5x+3<44>5x+35x+3<4 subtract 3 and then divide by 5:
-5x< 1->-x<1/55x<1x<15
Now we have to flip all the signs including the inequality-sign:
->x> -1/5x>15

(2)
11<-5x+4->-5x+4>1111<5x+45x+4>11 subtract 4 and divide by 5:
->-5x>7->-x>7/5 5x>7x>75
Now we have to flip the signs again:
->x<-7/5x<75

Combining these (as we have to with an AND-question), we get no overlap, so no solution.
