Let T be the torque.
Let N be the speed in r.p.m
Let r be the radius.
Let S be the circumference.
Hence S=2∏r__(1)
We all know that
T=r × F
T=r×W/S [since work-done=force×displacement]
T=r×W/2∏r [since from equation1]
T=W/2∏
T=power×time/2∏
but time=60/N
T=Power×60/2∏N
Torque=Power/ω [where ω=2∏N/60]
Tω=P
From above equation,
If we increase the torque at constant angular velocity,then power also increases.
