When people enjoy the benefits of development and are responsible and capable of sustaining it, we can say that the growth of their population is essential.
Explanation:
Genuine development provide benefits to human societies; but it is equally necessary that humans have a sense of responsibility and develop abilities to keep the earth that supports them a viable place to live in. Greed should be moderated to its lowest, if not eliminated and those in poverty should be given opportunities to improve their lives, enjoy the benefits of development and participate in the overall efforts to sustain the viability of our earth as a life support system.
