Rotates the graph by 180 degrees bout its vertex and then lowers it by 7.

The vertex for each being in the same place of (x,y)(0,0)

The 7 of 7x2 lowers the graph of x2 by 7

Example Consider y=x2

Set x1 as 2

Then y1=(22)=4 Call this point 1

P1(x1,y1)=(2,4)

Vertically lower this point by 7 and call the new point P2

So just considering the coordinates we have:
