Use the trig unit circle as proof.
cos 146 = cos (-34 + 180) = -cos 34 = -0.83
sin 146 = sin (-34 + 180) = sin 34 = 0.56
cot 146 = cos 146/sin 146 = -(0.56)/(0.83) = 0.67
