Well, rearrange the formula...

PV=nRT...when we manipulate the equation we perform the same operation ON BOTH sides of the equation...so divide each side thru by RT...and thus...

(PV)/(RT)=n(RT)/(RT)=ncancel((RT)/(RT))=n

So n=(PV)/(RT)...Happy?
