In English, what is the term for the weather reflecting a person's mood?

There is not a general word for this term, but there is a form of depression that is caused by the change of seasons called "Seasonal Affective Disorder," often abbreviated to just "SAD." Note that not everyone can describe themselves as having SAD—it's an illness.
