Yes,displacement is directly proportional to velocity if time is constant.

Explanation:

Velocity=displacement/time

Displacement=velocity X time

For constant time,

Displacement #prop# velocity

Conclusion: If we increase the velocity of the object,then it covers the more distance for same time.
