It's a possessive pronoun

Explanation:

A possessive pronoun is used when something belongs to someone. For example, you would say my armadillo, i.e. the armadillo that belongs to me, since I possess said armadillo.

A personal pronoun is used (typically) before a verb, in place of a subject, e.g.:
I am an armadillo - 'I' is a personal pronoun

A reflexive pronoun ends in 'self', and refers back to the initial subject of a verb, e.g.:
The armadillo is teaching itself English grammar
