Stomach is very acidic due to gastric lipase and HCl required to chemically digest most foods we eat.
Intestines have weaker and more diluted acids as a result of other digestive enzymes for chemical digestion like pancreatic lipase, gall, trypsin, pepsin, etc which are not as acidic as the chemicals of the stomach.
