Any of the following:

$4/14$ , $6/21$ , ... , $285714/999999$

To construct an equivalent fraction, just multiply both the numerator and denominator by the same number.

For example:

$(2*2)/(2*7) = 4/14$

$(3*2)/(3*7) = 6/21$

$(142857*2)/(142857*7) = 285714/999999$

The last example is interesting in that it tells you the repeating decimal representation of $2/7$ :
