Here's a two examples in common everyday dialogue:
Person 1: How did he get here before us, we literally ran up the stairs?
Person 2: He obviously has a personal rocket that he rides to get to any place on the planet he wants.
Person 1: Hey do you know the effects of clear cutting in Canada?
Person 2: Yea, because of that there's no more trees left in Canada, dude.
