$=+-1/6*sqrt(1+1/cot^2theta)$

$(sectheta)/6=+-1/6*sqrt(1+tan^2theta)$

$=+-1/6*sqrt(1+1/cot^2theta)$

$sectheta$ can be negative or positive. For angles in quadrants I and IV it is positive but for quadrants II and III ,it is negative.
