The equation given to us is in the Standard form
y = ax^2 + bx + cy=ax2+bx+c where a = 3, b = 6 and c = 4a=3,b=6andc=4

The Axis of Symmetry is given by the formula x = -b/(2a)x=b2a

x = -6/(2*3)x=623

x = -6/6 = -1x=66=1

color (green)( x = -1x=1 is the Axis of Symmetry of the Parabola with the equation y=3x^2+6x+4y=3x2+6x+4
