What is the difference between schizophrenia and schizo-effective disorder?

Schizophrenia is characterized by hallucinations, delusions, paranoia, grandiosity, disorganized speech, irritability, lack of meaningful social relationships, detachment from reality, psychosis, and erratic behavior in general. Schizo-affective disorder is characterized by the combination of schizophrenia and traits of a mood disorder such as Bipolar disorder.
