If the equation is in standard form it would look like ...

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2(xh)2+(yk)2=r2

(h,k)(h,k) is the center of the circle

To answer the question the equation of a circle with a radius of 5 would look like either of the following ...

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=5^2(xh)2+(yk)2=52

or

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=25(xh)2+(yk)2=25
