Use the slope-point equation $y=mx+b$

Given two points $P_1(4,0)$ and $P_2(-7,0)$ to solve for the slope or $m$ ,

$m=(deltaY)/(deltaX)$ or $(Y_2-Y_1)/(X_2-X_1)$

Doing so,

$m=(0-0)/(4--7)$

$m=0$

Since their is no slope, the line is just going to be horizontal, the equation will look like $y=0$
