$(y-y_1)/(x-x_1)=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)$

As the two points are $(4,50)$ and $(50,7)$ , equation is given by

$(y-50)/(x-4)=(7-50)/(50-4)$ or $(y-50)/(x-4)=-43/46$ i.e.

$46y-2300=-43x+172$ or

$43x+46y=2472$
