Since the domain is so small, it is practical to just substitute each value from the domain into the equation in turn.

When x=-3, y = (5xx-3)-2 = -17
When x=-1, y = (5xx-1)-2 = -7
When x=0, y = (5xx0)-2 = -2
When x=1, y = (5xx1)-2 = 3
When x=3, y = (5xx3)-2 = 13

The range is the resulting set of values {-17, -7, -2, 3, 13}
