sqrt(64/100) = color(green)(4/5 = 0.8

Explanation:

In exponents, color(blue)(sqrt(a/b) = sqrta/sqrtb

Hence sqrt(64/100) = sqrt64/sqrt 100 = 8/10 = color(green)(4/5

PS:
-4/5 could also be the square root of sqrt(64/100, but by convention, we only choose the positive value
