What is the type of energy transferred to my body in each of the following as either internal energy, heat transfer, or doing work, when i am basking in sunlight, eating food and riding an elevator to a higher floor?

I would try this:
1] Basking in sunlight = heat transfer (through radiative transfer from a hot body to a cold one);
2] Eating Food = Internal Energy (energy of your cellules obtained transforming food through chemical reactions);
3] Riding an Elevator = Doing work (against Gravity to increase Potential Energy).
...I think!
