"Vertex "->(x,y)=(-2,3)

Explanation:

This equation is in vertex form

You deal with this the same way as you would if the x was where the y is. The only difference instead of x=(-1)xx(-3) you have

y=(-1)xx(-3) where the -3 comes from (y-3)^2

The value of x you can read off directly as the constant -2

"Vertex "->(x,y)=(-2,3)
