Given -

$y=-3x^2+5$
You shall have it as -
$y=-3x^2+0x+5$
Now it is in the form of $y = ax^2+bx+c$

$x=(-b)/(2 xx a)= (-0)/(2 xx -3)=0$

At $x=0 ; y=-3(0)^2+5=5$
