y-intercept =2

To find the intercepts,

For $x$ - intercept, you replace the value of $y$ as 0

$0= -(x +2) +4$
$0=-x-2 +4$
$x=2$

For $y$ -intercept, you replace the value of $x$ as 0

$y= -( 0+2) +4$
$y= -2 +4$
$y= 2$

So both x and y intercept are 2.
