Why do outer planets have rings but the inner planets don't?

Because of a Moon of the Planet.
Explanation:
There is no definite answer to this, but according to theories Rings and formed when a moon comes too close to the planet that the gravity of the planet collapses the moon onto the planet thus forming Rings.Because the outer Planets have large number of Moons this theory might be true but it's not definite.
