Why is balancing chemical equations important?

An unbalanced Chemical Equation only tells us which componds react With eachother and what the Product is.
A balansed Equation also tells us how many molecules of each reactant, and how many molecules of Product in a reaction.
When you are doing calculations (exampel calculating grams of Product), you should use the balansed Equation.
