Hey there! To solve polynomial inequalities like these (where there is a binomial in the middle), always remember to do inverse operations on BOTH sides!
To begin, subtract 3 from all parts of the equation like so:
Now, simply divide by 2 on all parts of the equation and you should end up with:
That's it!
Just as a quick reminder, if you ever have to divide by a negative number to get x by itself, make sure to switch the direction of the inequalities!
