The bag is being lifted up with acclrn of 7m/s^2 (a). So ,the pseudo acceleration acts downwards. The net acceleration is a+g now. Therefore, net acceleration is 7+9 = 16m/s^2.

Total force F = ma rArr F = 15*16 N rArr F = 240 N

As the resulting force is greater than the force that the grocery bag can withstand, the grocery bag snaps and there goes the groceries rolling. :D
