What is the period for `y=2 tan(3pi(x) +4)`?

I believe `3\pi(x)` means `3\pix`, this notation doesn't make any other sense to me.
If so, the period must be `1/3`.

We know that the period of `tan(\theta)` is `\pi`, and we know that adding a constant and multiply by a constant outside doesn't change the period.
So it must be the same period of `tan(3\pix)`, which is trivially `1/3`
