What is the period for y=2tan(3π(x)+4)?

I believe 3π(x) means 3πx, this notation doesn't make any other sense to me.
If so, the period must be 13.

We know that the period of tan(θ) is π, and we know that adding a constant and multiply by a constant outside doesn't change the period.
So it must be the same period of tan(3πx), which is trivially 13
