A fetus can not grow inside a man as men do not have a cervix.

Explanation:

Cervix is an organ which is only present in women body. It is the lower part of uterus of female reproductive system. A cervix is usually 2-3cm long but it can expand almost 20 times of it's size. That's why a fetus can grow up inside a cervix for almost ten months.
