Is the American flag and moon rover visible from Earth with a telescope?

Sadly, the answer is no.
Explanation:
The moon rover and the flag cannot be seen by the telescope. The rover is 3.1 m and would require a 75 m telescope to see it from Earth. Even our strongest telescopes right now are not able to see it.
