Oxygen, fuel, heat

Explanation:

For a fire to there must be a fuel for energy for example a fossil duel, then oxygen is needed to sustain the fire- without oxygen a fire cannot occur. This is evident when you put a glass container for example over a candle and then it burns out. Lastly heat is needed as fire is hot and must remain hot to be a fire.
