It's easy supposing f as a variable.

Explanation:

So, in the left hand side. We have,
#2(f+3)+4f#
Since the bracket here means multiplication if we remove them,
#2*f+2*3+4f#
#=2f+4f+6#
Adding the like terms i.e. #2f# and #4f# in this case
#=6f+6#
or #6+6f#
which is equal to the left hand side
#2(f+3)+4 = 6+6f#
Hence proved
