Can you use a calculator to differentiate #f(x) = 3x^2 + 12#?

Answer is 6x
Explanation:
The thing with differentiating is that it is so easy if you know how to do it.
An equation like a polynomial is easy since if there is an exponent and you times it with the constant infront of the x.
The most that you will be doing on your calculator is (2x3) and then (2-1)
The final answer for this equation is 6x
since the 12 is a constant, that becomes 0

It depends upon your calculator. I have a TI-nspire CX with CAS and it is capable of performing integration and differentiation. But a standard calculator is probably not able to do so.
