Answer is: concentrated urine .

Explanation:

Hypothalamus is constantly surveying the amount of water in the blood flow and is telling the kidneys if removal of water from body should be prevented through secretion of antidiuretic hormone.

The hormone is released in an increased amount in blood from posterior pituitary, when water must be conserved. Under its influence, more water is reabsorbed from tubular fluid in the blood, along collecting ducts of kidney.

As less amount of water gets excreted under the influence of ADH, there is production of concentrated urine.

Antidiuretic Hormone, also called vasopressin, is a hormone involved in vasoconstriction of blood vessels as well.
