The equation is the same as #y=-1/3x-3#
Substitute any values for #x# and you'll get a y-coordinate.
You need a minimum of two coordinates to draw a line.
Go for easy x-values like x=0 and x=3
So when x=0,
#y=-3#
That's one coordinate (0, -3)
When x=3,
#y=-1-3=-4#
Second coordinate (3, -4)
Plot the two coordinates on a graph paper with the x and y axis.
Grab a ruler and draw a line that goes through the two points.
