Some general advice is maybe to read around the subject. I found reading around the subject is what really got me enthused. The book that got me seriously interested in Mathematics generally wasn't even a problem book it was an easy read about the history of a famous problem - Fermat's Last Theorem by Simon Singh.
Maybe look at some extra problem sites and some Olympiad style maths. Maybe if you're finding the current maths you're studying rather stale try looking for a problem book or problem sheet online on the same topic which may have some more interesting questions.
In the end, just stick with it. I hated mathematics for most of my school career. Either one day something may click for you as it did for me and you may start to enjoy mathematics, or you will finish your study of mathematics and won't have to worry.
I personally loved studying maths in school because revising it was active - I had to solve problems and use my brain. In contrast, revising most other subjects was just trying to remember information, which I didn't find as fun.
If you let us know what kind of mathematics you're currently studying (as well as the country - being from the UK I have resources useful for UK study) then maybe someone could offer some more specific advice as well.
