The relation between wavelength $lambda$ and frequency, $f$ is

$v=lambda * f$

where $v$ is the speed of light, $3.0xx10^8$ m/s.

In this case, $lambda = 805xx10^(-9)$ m or $8.05xx10^(-7)$ m in proper scientific notation.

So, the relation is

$3.0xx10^8=8.05xx10^(-7) *f$

$f=(3.0xx10^8)/(8.05xx10^(-7)) = 0.373xx10^15$ Hz

To make this scientific notation, we increase the 0.373 by 10 times, then decrease the power of ten the same amount.

0.373 becomes 3.73 and $10^15$ becomes $10^14$

Thus, the number becomes $3.73xx10^14$ Hz
