- Trachea (Windpipe)

- Diaphragm

There are two categories that fall into this, the virus and chronic. Some viruses are,
- influenza
- bacterial pneumonia
- enterovirus respiratory virus
And, some chronic ones are,
- asthma
- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
