The system will favour the forward reaction and the rate of reaction will increase.

Explanation:

As the temperature increases, the system will try to partially oppose the change by decreasing the temperature. To do this, it will favour the reaction that decreases temperature, therefore the endothermic reaction and hence the forward reaction. However the particle theory still applies in that an increase in temperature increases rate of reaction (both forward and reverse).
