So I got the answer key today, so I will answer myself, maybe for future references for others.

#(triangle f(x))/(triangle x)= [[6cos(3*5.01)]-[6cos(3*4.99)]]/(5.01-4.99)#

#(triangle f(x))/(triangle x)=~ [-2.6731108- (-2.43904)]/(0.02)#
