Alright, instead of thinking about which points we don't have, lets think about which ones we do have.

The circles has an origin at (0, 0) and a radius of 10
So lets find the two y-intercepts and the two x-intercepts first.

Since the radius is 10, we can go out 10 points on all sides.

x-intercepts:
(10, 0)
(-10, 0)

y-intercepts:
(0, 10)
(0, -10)

Knowing this, you should be able to correctly find which points are not within the circle. Hope this helps!
