In order to switch a sentence from the active voice to the passive voice the object in the active voice sentence becomes the subject in the passive voice sentence, and the subject in the active voice sentence is moved into a prepositional phrase in the passive voice fairly often.
For your example:
"She will borrow money to complete her project"
First we find the subject and object.
Subject: "She"
Object: "money"
Note: The subject here is a pronoun so be careful to switch from "she" to "her" when moving from the nominative case (subject) to the accusative case (object).
The passive voice sentence is:
"The money will be borrowed by her to complete her project"
Note: Most English teachers advise to avoid the passive voice because is makes the sentence too wordy and sound stilted. Although in some cases the passive voice can be used to convey a point more thoroughly, in the case of your sentence, it would be better to leave it in the active voice.
