The water from the bottom hole comes out the fastest due to water pressure, and is also the last hole to have water flowing out of it.
Explanation:
The water pressure from above pressing down onto the water below, thanks to gravity, ensures the bottom most hole has the highest water pressure. The middle hole will have the second most amount of water pressure, meaning it will be the second to have water stop coming out. The top hole has the least amount of pressure and gravity acting on it, so water will come out of the hole the slowest, and stop flowing first.
