Solving the brackets:
=(13)-(5)÷4=(13)(5)÷4

Now we have subtraction and division, according to PEMDAS, we have to do division first.

So, we divide 55 by 44 first by long division, you'll get 1.251.25.
=13-1.25=131.25
=11.75=11.75

=13-5/4=1354
=(52-5)/4=5254
