You have to remember the PEMDAS or BODOMAS rule.
Which basically means, solve the brackets from inside out, then do multiplication/division followed by addition/subtraction.

The expression you have is;
(24-11)-(3+2)÷4

Solving the brackets:
=(13)-(5)÷4

Now we have subtraction and division, according to PEMDAS, we have to do division first.

So, we divide 5 by 4 first by long division, you'll get 1.25.
=13-1.25
=11.75

Or you can solve by finding the common denominator if you want the answer in fraction first.

=13-5/4
=(52-5)/4
=47/4
=11.75
