I think literally everywhere. Skin is a good source, to start - about a 1000 different species.

Explanation:
I took a microbiology class in grad school - prof said there were about the same number cells in the human body (in/on) that were bacteria as were human cells (prokaryotic cells are tiny compared to eukaryotic cells). May be true - but they (bacteria) are everywhere.
