Look, always keep in mind, if you like to make a sentence or clause, you need at least a subject and verb. Or it will be called a missing verb clause.

Heading needs not any verb at all, might be 20 words, doesn't a matter! It is called a SINGLE NOUN by two words , keep in mind.

Like: Our dream house and wonder paradise seeming a fabulous palace in my childhood memory.

Look, there is not a VERB, it is a heading might be a BOOK name.
