For exact radfian measure you could put the value of #pi, theta and alpha#

Explanation:

Multiply and divide by #5# we get #5(-3/5+4/5j)#
In polar form we get #5(cosalpha+sinalpha j)#
Where absolute #tanalpha=|-4/3|or alpha=pi-tan^-1(4/3)# as #alpha# lies in second quadrant

Similarly #-3-4j# would be #5(costheta+sintheta j)# where
#tantheta=|4/3| or theta= tan^-1(4/3)-pi# as #theta# lies in 3rd quandrant.
